MILWAUKEE -- Max Muncy hit more homers in eight minutes in the T-Mobile Home Run Derby than in his entire Major League career. Still, he was confident that being part of the Derby -- where he lost to champion Bryce Harper in the semifinals -- would not affect his second-half performance.
And Muncy was right, reaching base four times and collecting a pair of hits, including a RBI double amid a seventh-inning rally in the Dodgers' 6-4 win over the Brewers to open the second half on Friday night at Miller Park.
"I didn't change anything [at the Derby]," Muncy said before the series opener.
