Tanner Scott had his strongest season on the mound since the shortened 2020 season in 2024. However, the free agent relief pitcher has yet to ink a deal this offseason.
Scott found himself part of a trade deadline transaction in July. The Miami Marlins traded Scott alongside right-handed pitcher Bryan Hoeing to the Padres. The Marlins acquired right-handed pitcher Adam Mazur, second baseman Jay Beshears, left-handed pitcher Robby Snelling, and third baseman Graham Pauley.
