Believe it or not, the 2016 MLB Draft is just under five weeks away, with the three-day event starting on Thursday, June 9. John Manuel at Baseball America posted his latest mock draft on Friday morning, and he has the Dodgers taking a power-hitting third baseman and a pitcher with their first two picks.
The first day of the draft will feature the first two rounds, including free agent compensatory picks in between those two rounds, and Competitive Balance Rounds A and B after the first and second rounds, respectively. Friday will have rounds three through 10, with Saturday packed with Rounds 11-40.
