With their fourth and final selection of Thursday, the Dodgers took Santa Clara right-handed pitcher Mitchell White with their second-round pick, No. 65 overall in the MLB Draft.
He joins first-round pick Gavin Lux, a high school shortstop from Wisconsin, Louisville catcher Will Smith at No. 32 and Vanderbilt pitcher Jordan Sheffield at No. 36.
A 6'4, 205-pound draft-eligible sophomore, White had Tommy John surgery in his senior season in high school. White put up a 3.72 ERA with 118 strikeouts and 27 walks in 92 innings in his 15 starts in 2016.
