Today is the day Dodgers fans have waiting years and years for. Dodger Stadium will be hosting the MLB All-Star game for the first in 42 years. The events at Chavez Ravine leading up to the game, including yesterday’s Home Run Derby, were entertaining, but now it’s time for the main event.
First pitch is set for 5:05PM, with Dodgers legend Clayton Kershaw getting the All-Star Game start of his career. The other Dodgers All-Star pitchers, Tony Gonsolin and Tyler Anderson, should see some action as well.
Mookie Betts and Trea Turner will both start for the NL All-Star squad, Freddie Freeman is a reserve.
