LOS ANGELES -- Dodgers minor league pitcher Mike Bolsinger was named Pacific Coast League Pitcher of the Week on Monday, the league announced, and might be rewarded for his hot start for Triple-A Oklahoma City by joining the big league club later this week.
Bolsinger has yet to allow a run in two starts for Oklahoma City. He is 2-0 with three hits and three walks in 11 innings, with 17 strikeouts. Because the minor league season started on a Thursday, the first "week" for award purposes covers an 11-day period from April 9-19.
