OAKLAND -- An MRI on Yasiel Puig's injured right hamstring showed a "very mild" strain, according to Dodgers manager Don Mattingly.
"MRI came back really positive," Mattingly said. "Stan (Conte, head trainer) is categorizing it as very mild. We feel like it's day to day. Obviously he won't play today with the off day tomorrow. (I'm) hoping he'll test it Friday in Houston and we'll see where it's at."
Puig missed 38 games with a strained left hamstring earlier this season.
