Mattingly ejected for arguing called third strike (The Associated Press)

ST. LOUIS (AP) -- Los Angeles Dodgers manager Don Mattingly has been ejected in the seventh inning for arguing a called third strike.

The Dodgers had runners on first and second in a game they trailed 2-0 to the Cardinals on Friday night before Andre Ethier was called out by home plate umpire Mike Winters.

It's the third ejection this season for Mattingly.
