On a humid night in the heart of Texas, the Dodgers’ offense came to hit. Six different Dodgers contributed multiple hits as they would go on to beat the Rangers by the score of 8-4 in Arlington.
The victory gives the Dodgers their seventh four-game winning streak of the season, their first since July 4.
Manny Machado and Brian Dozier led the charge with three of the five Dodger hits with runners in scoring position. The two combined to drive in six of the eight runs as Los Angeles scored in five straight innings between the third and seventh.
