Rancho Cucamonga Quakes right-handed pitcher Adam Bray pitched a season-high seven innings against the Inland Empire 66ers on Friday night. Bray gave up just a run and struck out seven.
The Dodgers were beaten 5-2 by Adam Conley and the New Orleans Baby Cakes (Marlins). Conley pitched seven innings and gave up two runs, six hits, one walk and struck out eight.
David Hale started for the Dodgers and he gave up five runs and nine hits in six innings.
