NEW YORK -- After surrendering three runs in the top half of the second inning, the Mets produced four runs of their own in the bottom half of the frame to take a 4-3 lead over the Dodgers in Game 3 of the National League Division Series on Monday night at Citi Field.
Curtis Granderson's two-out, three-run double off Dodgers starter Brett Anderson capped the early eruption from the Mets, who saw Yoenis Cespedes, Lucas Duda, Travis d'Arnaud and Wilmer Flores begin their half of the second inning with four consecutive singles.
