Lefty pitcher Julio Urias returned to the Dodgers‘ active roster on Tuesday afternoon, eight days after he was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery at a Los Angeles shopping center.
To make room for Urias, the team optioned outfielder Kyle Garlick back to Triple-A Oklahoma City.
Numerous reports are stating that while MLB investigators were unable to obtain a video of the incident from mall security, the investigation is ongoing. According to the same reports, prosecutors have yet to file charges against Urías, and the Los Angeles Police Department still has not released an incident report.
