PHOENIX -- The nightmare spring for Dodgers pitcher Josh Ravin continues, as the right-hander was involved in an auto accident on Monday night and sustained a broken radial bone in his left forearm, the team announced on Tuesday. He was alone in the car, a team spokesman said.
Ravin is scheduled for surgery on Tuesday in a Phoenix-area hospital, with more expected to be known about his recovery timetable after the procedure.
The Chatsworth High School grad pitched parts of 10 seasons in the minor leagues before making his major league debut with the Dodgers in 2015, his hometown team.
