LOS ANGELES -- The off-day on Monday didn't cool off Joc Pederson or Max Muncy, who continued their home run barrage Tuesday night against the Rangers' Bartolo Colon.
Pederson lined a two-run homer in the second inning to give the Dodgers a 3-0 lead over Texas, for his seventh home run in his last eight games. Pederson had only one homer in his first 151 plate appearances this year. In that eight-game stretch, Pederson is 11-for-23 with 10 runs, three doubles and 10 RBIs. On the season, he has eight homers and 23 RBIs.
