J. P. Howell Exercises 2016 Player Option

Buster Olney is reporting that Dodger’s left hander J.P. Howell will exercise his player option and return to the Dodger bullpen for the 2016 season. Howell has been a consistent arm for the Dodgers since joining the club in 2013 and had another solid season this year.
