Over recent years the Los Angeles Dodgers and Dodger Stadium executive chef Ryan Evans have made a concerted effort to infuse the ballpark with a variety of local fare to represent the city’s culinary identity and flavors.
During the 2019 season, the Dodgers launched “LA Feeds Blue,” which brought a chef series pop-up to Dodger Stadium. The program delivered food options from renowned chefs, local ingredients and diverse flavors.
Fans attending Dodgers home games had an opportunity to enjoy food items crafted by Trejo’s Tacos, Border Grill + Socalo, Park’s BBQ, and Boo’s Philly.
But when the Dodgers unveiled the completed renovation and construction of a center field plaza, it came with news of Shake Shack — based out of New York — was among the new concession locations.
