There are certain cards every collector should own within the confines of his or her collecting interests. As a vintage collector and lifelong Dodgers' fan, a rookie of the one and only Sandy Koufax is one of those must-have pieces of cardboard. It took me far too long to obtain one but I finally pulled the trigger and landed an eye-appealing copy at a reasonable price.
Considering how much key rookie cards have jumped in price in recent years I find Sandy's rookie to still be relatively affordable in low and even mid-grade.
