The Dodgers will get another veteran starting pitcher back after a long layoff this week, with Hyun-jin Ryu set to start on Thursday against the Padres, manager Dave Roberts told reporters on Monday.

Ryu missed all of 2015 after surgery to repair a torn labrum in his left shoulder, and last pitched in a major league game in Game 3 of the 2014 NLDS.
