NEW YORK -- Adrian Gonzalez delivered an RBI single and Justin Turner recorded a two-run double to cap the three-run third inning that provided the Dodgers a 3-0 lead over the Mets in Game 4 of the National League Division Series on Tuesday night at Citi Field.
After Mets starting pitcher Steven Matz held the Dodgers hitless through the first two innings, Clayton Kershaw notched the game's first hit with a one-out single in the third. Kershaw was erased on a fielder's choice, but a Howie Kendrick single set the stage for Gonzalez, who blooped a single into shallow center field to tally the game's first run.
