Freddie Freeman is having a historic season for the Los Angeles Dodgers and he has officially etched his name in Dodgers franchise history by breaking the single-season record for doubles.
Freeman has been everything the Dodgers expected and then some when signing the free agent back in 2022.
Freeman’s first year with the Dodgers had an amazing year hitting a .325 average with a .918 OPS. He went into another gear for 2023 currently hitting .337 with a .991 OPS 25 homeruns and now 53 doubles.
Freeman led the league last year with 47 doubles in his first year with the Boys in Blue but now he officially is in Dodgers lore.
