Former Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Kevin Pillar is expected to retire after the 2024 season ends, per USA Today’s Bob Nightengale.
The 35-year-old made his major league debut back in 2013 with the Toronto Blue Jays, where he spent the majority of his career. Since leaving the Blue Jays, Pillar has bounced around MLB, playing for eight other MLB teams. He’s played for the San Francisco Giants, Boston Red Sox, Colorado Rockies, New York Mets, Dodgers, Atlanta Braves, Chicago White Sox, and now the Los Angeles Angels.
Pillar spent the 2022 season with the Dodgers, beginning the year with Triple-A Oklahoma City.
