Final: Kenta Maeda turns in another scoreless start in Dodgers' 8-3 win over A's

/ STAFF WRITER

THE GAME: The Dodgers scored seven times in the first three innings and went on to beat the Oakland A's 8-3 Thursday afternoon at Hohokam Park in Mesa.

PITCHING REPORT: Kenta Maeda was impressive again in his second spring start. He allowed two singles in three innings while walking two and striking out three. In his first two starts combined, he has thrown five scoreless innings while allowing three hits and striking out five. … Jose De Leon got off to a rough start in his two innings – a home run, double and infield single – but settled down and allowed just a bloop double after that.
