A surprise has come in Friday morning, as top reliever Evan Phillips will not be on the Dodgers’ World Series roster.
Phillips is dealing with arm fatigue, but Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said Thursday he expected Phillips to be okay. However, Phillips will now be left off the Dodgers’ World Series roster in a shocking turn of events.
