Emirates and the Los Angeles Dodgers have announced the sponsorship of the Dubai Little League Divisional Teams, which will go by the name of the Dubai Dodgers. Emirates and the Dodgers will also inaugurate the Emirates Airline Dubai Little League Park which will become the home of the Dubai Little League.
The announcement was revealed at a press conference led by Sheikh Majid Al Mualla, Emirates’ Divisional Senior Vice President Commercial Operations, Centre; Dave Roberts, Dodgers manager; and Adrian Gonzalez, Los Angeles Dodgers first baseman. Roberts was recently voted as Sporting News National League Manager of the Year and was also voted by the Baseball Writers’ Association of America as the National League Manager of the Year.
