In not all that shocking of a move, the Dodgers announced that they had mutually agreed to "part ways" with manager Don Mattingly. Mattingly managed the Dodgers for 5 years and was actually rather successful. During his time at manager, the Dodgers finished every season with a winning record and won 3 straight NL West titles from 2013-2015. However, if you ask most Dodgers fans, none of this mattered. Dodgers fans have their eyes set on one thing, and one thing only, winning the World Series. Anything less than a World Series title is failure and apparently the Dodgers front office agrees.
