Former Dodger Yasiel Puig hasn’t played in the big leagues since 2019, but he’s been in South Korea playing in the KBO this season and is hitting pretty well. Puig hit an inside-the-park home run a couple weeks ago, and he’s in the midst of a lengthy on-base streak.
According to Puig’s agent (and retweeted by the Wild Horse himself), Puig has reached base safely in 33 straight games. That ties his longest such streak in the majors, when he reached in 33 straight games between late April and early June of 2014. His second-longest streak was just 17 games.
