At the big league level, the Dodgers do not have that many free agents. Hyun-Jin Ryu, Rich Hill, Russell Martin, and now Jedd Gyorko are their four free agents after David Freese decided to retire. At the minor league level, the free agent list is much longer for LA. The Dodgers will have twenty-five minor league free agents from Double-A and Triple-A for the most part.
David Popkins is the lone minor league free agent who played at rookie ball. The rest of the players are from AA Tulsa or AAA Oklahoma City. Jaime Schultz and Edward Paredes are the only two that have played in Los Angeles although for Paredes his stay in LA came during the 2018 season.
