Much like the start of the 2018 season, the Dodgers began this season without some of the bigger name players on their team. Clayton Kershaw and Rich Hill began the season on the IL, and Hyun-Jin Ryu joined them after a couple of starts. Last season it was Justin Turner and Corey Seager who were both injured early and that put the Dodgers in an early-season hole.
Now, the Dodgers look like they will have their roster at full strength by the end of April. Rich Hill is pitching a rehab start later on tonight with the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes.
