Los Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Tyler Glasnow is expected to be ready for spring training, according to general manager Brandon Gomes.
Glasnow’s first year in a Dodgers uniform didn’t transpire as many thought it would. The Dodgers spent millions in acquiring the right-hander ahead of the 2024 season and he was poised to lead the starting rotation in October.
However, an injury saga unfolded for Glasnow in the final stretch of the regular season. The right-hander was placed on the 15-day injured list on Aug. 16. The move seemed like a precaution by the Dodgers, given Glasnow was their ace and they wanted him to be healthy for the postseason.
