At this point, the Dodgers have to feel like one of them luckiest teams in all of baseball. They picked up Tyler Anderson this off-season with the intention of keeping him around as depth. Ideally, they wouldn’t need him at all.
But if last season taught us all anything, it’s that you can never have too much pitching. The Dodgers knew that and scooped him up for their staff.
Anderson was back out on the mound again for the Dodgers on Sunday. He went 6 innings again and dominated the whole way through. The southpaw gave up 5 hits but punched out 6 and kept up his impressive scoreless streak.
