Dodgers turn to Clayton Kershaw to right the ship

LOS ANGELES -- After allowing 22 runs in the last three games to the two worst offensive teams in the National League, the Dodgers turn to their best for the final two games against the Phillies. Clayton Kershaw starts on Wednesday night, hoping for some more July success.

Kershaw is 22-6 with a 1.96 ERA in 37 career July starts, his best month for both wins and ERA. He has faced 1,000 batters in July, and allowed only eight home runs, his best career month at keeping his opponents in the park.
