It’s only a matter of time now before some other MLB team comes along and scoops up Kiké Hernandez. The Dodgers long-time super-utilityman has already drawn the attention of several organizations and is sure to command a decent contract in his first journey into free agency.
The most recent reports from around the league had been that Herandez was likely further along in his free agency decision than most infielders. This coming on the heels of the Yankees signing DJ LeMahieu to a 6-year deal, which should get the ball rolling on the market. The Dodgers have yet to be one of the teams rumored to be in on him.
