As is the case for any team throughout the course of Spring Training, the Los Angeles Dodgers currently have a few players dealing with bumps and bruises after getting back into the swing of things.
Chief among the team’s injuries is to ace Clayton Kershaw, who has yet to throw in a game this spring due to shoulder inflammation. Kershaw has been playing catch just about every day and seems to be making progress, leaving both him and the organization feeling encouraged.
With Opening Day on the horizon, Dodgers manager Dave Roberts admitted that time may be running out to for Kershaw to prepare to make his franchise-record ninth straight start in a season opener.
