Dodgers Sign LHP Danny Duffy to a Major League Deal

The Dodgers are going to need some help with their starting pitching. As of right now, they have Walker Buehler and Clayton Kershawa cemented as the top 2 for the rotation. Juliio Urias will likely come in as the third, but they don’t have a clear-cut number 4 and 5 for the season.

After signign Freddie Freeman to a msaaive 6-year deal, it’s unclear what the Dodgers will do on the market for a starter. A lot of that depends on the status of Trrevor Bauer, who is still under administrative leave from Major League Baseball.

But the Dodgers did add to that depth yesterday, signing LHP Danny Duffy to a one-year deal.
