The Dodgers made an under-the-radar minor league addition on Monday morning, signing longtime MLB reliever Ryan Brasier to an MiLB deal. Brasier confirmed the news to Rob Bradford of WEEI.com on Monday.
Brasier has been in the league since 2013, when he made his debut with the Los Angeles Angels. He was then out of the league until 2018, spending some time in the Oakland Athletics minor league system and in the Nippon Professional Baseball League.
Then, in 2018, Brasier resurfaced in the MLB with the Boston Red Sox, where he’d spend the next six seasons.
