Dodgers shortstop Miguel Rojas said he will “be ready to go” for Game 1 of the National League Championship Series against the New York Mets on Sunday after missing the final two games of the division series against the San Diego Padres because of a left-adductor strain that he aggravated in Game 3.
“I didn’t take another [cortisone] injection because I don’t think it’s going to make my leg feel better,” Rojas said after Friday night’s series-clinching 2-0 win over the Padres. “I think the rest for a couple of days is going to make my leg feel better, and hopefully, I don’t have another setback.
