Los Angeles hasn’t and probably won’t make much noise this offseason. It has been a rather dull offseason for the Dodgers, and this is something surprising for their fans.
L.A. hasn’t stood thoroughly pat this offseason; their first signing came the first day of December when they signed right-handed pitcher Shelby Miller.
Miller didn’t make any waves in the MLB world; heck, he barely made waves for Dodger fans. Miller is coming off an unimpressive 2022 season where he spent most of his season in triple-A as a reliever and finished as a member of the San Francisco Giants.
