The Los Angeles Dodgers went hitless with the bases loaded in three consecutive innings but still managed to score four runs during that stretch in a 6-3 win over the Arizona Diamondbacks. It gave them a split of the two-game series at Dodger Stadium.
Patrick Corbin faced the minimum and completed three no-hit innings before allowing a leadoff single to Chris Taylor in the bottom of the fourth. He promptly stole second base, and a pair of walks later loaded the bases with one out.
Corbin nearly worked his way out of the jam. He struck out Cody Bellinger but before also fanning Austin Barnes, threw a wild pitch that allowed Taylor to score and tie the game.
