SAN FRANCISCO >> The Dodgers managed just two hits through nine innings Thursday afternoon but packaged three hits and four walks in the 10th inning to score four times and beat the San Francisco Giants, 5-1, to salvage a split of the four-game series.
Julio Urias pitched well in his first start of the season for the Dodgers. He allowed just one runner as far as second base in the first four innings and only four hits – but also four walks – in 5-2/3 innings.
But he was his own worst enemy in the sixth, leading to the only run he allowed.
