The Los Angeles Dodgers had the day off on Thursday, but that did not stop them from making a roster move as they announced that they have activated reliever Caleb Ferguson from the 10-day injured list and optioned reliever JT Chargois and catcher Rocky Gale to Triple-A Oklahoma City.
With two players being sent down, the Dodgers now have an open spot on the 25-man roster that they will likely fill before Friday’s series opener against the Cincinnati Reds at Great American Ball Park.
While the team has not announced what the move will be yet, it appears there is more than one that will be made.
