“I also think we haven’t heard the last of the Dodgers in the shortstop market,” Jon Morosi said on the MLB Network. “Yes, Gavin Lux can play short, but I really think that Swanson playing shortstop with the Dodgers is another possibility that we have to watch very carefully here in the days ahead.”
Swanson joining the Dodgers would be quite the boost for LA, and maybe, even more importantly, for their fans. Dodger fans have been rather unhappy with the team’s lack of movement this offseason, and would love to see them make a big play for a top player on the market.
