The Los Angeles Dodgers have key free agents still on the open market but for now appear content with working at the fringes of the roster.
While the team has not announced a deal, they are expected to sign Carlos Asuaje to a Minor League contract. The utility man spent parts of three seasons with the San Diego Padres from 2016-18, and spent Spring Training this year with the Chicago Cubs before being released in May.
Also not official from the team but seemingly in place is the return of Brock Stewart. He announced the news on Twitter, and presumably is back with the Dodgers on a Minor League contract.
