The Dodgers have officially called up No. 13 overall prospect Emmet Sheehan for Friday’s series opener against the San Francisco Giants. While Sheehan was reportedly called up to Triple-A this past week, he never pitched there, so he’s technically coming straight from Double-A to the big leagues. To make room on the active roster, RHP Michael Grove was optioned.
