The Dodgers are making more roster moves ahead of their Thursday game against the Chicago Cubs. Los Angeles is looking to avoid a sweep in the Windy City and salvage the final game of the series.
Edwin Rios is being sent to the injured list with what the Dodgers are calling a right shoulder injury. Dave Roberts could not provide much more of an update on his health other than that there was an issue with the shoulder.
In a corresponding move, the Dodgers have recalled RHP Edwin Uceta from the taxi squad.
