View Full Game Coverage LOS ANGELES -- The Dodgers recalled left-handed reliever Edward Paredes on Wednesday and optioned right-handed reliever JT Chargois to Triple-A Oklahoma City.
Paredes, 31, appeared in one game for the Dodgers after an earlier callup this month. In 15 games with Triple-A this season, he is 2-2 with two saves and a 1.17 ERA.
Chargois has made 20 relief appearances with the Dodgers this season but struggled with his command, striking out 23 but walking 12 in 17 innings.
OAKLAND -- The A's placed designated hitter Khris Davis on the 10-day disabled list retroactive to Monday with a strained right groin, the club announced on Wednesday.
