LOS ANGELES -- The Dodgers on Thursday recalled Mike Bolsinger from Triple-A Oklahoma City to start the series finale against the Giants at AT&T Park at San Francisco. To make room on the active roster, outfielder Chris Heisey was optioned back to Triple-A, as expected.
Bolsinger was 2-0 and had yet to allow a run in two starts with Oklahoma City. The right-hander allowed only three hits and three walks in 11 innings, while striking out 17. He is the sixth starting pitcher used by the Dodgers so far this season.
