The Dodgers made a transaction today when they recalled right-handed pitcher Dennis Santana from Oklahoma City. Santana had not made his first appearance yet in Oklahoma City’s first three games.
The corresponding move was optioning right-handed pitcher Brock Stewart to Oklahoma City. Stewart had made three appearances for Los Angeles, all when the Dodgers had large leads.
His last game pitched was on Friday when Stewart faced five batters and retired two of them. He gave up three runs and three hits.
Santana made his major league debut on June 1, 2018 at Coors Field.
