LOS ANGELES — Nearly the entire 40-man roster is active now, as the Dodgers recalled infielder Chris Taylor on Friday for some infield depth for the final nine games of the regular season.
Oklahoma City reached the Pacific Coast League Championship Series, but lost in four games to El Paso, eliminated last Saturday night.
Taylor, acquired from the Mariners for pitcher Zach Lee on June 19, was 12-for-55 with five extra-base hits, hitting .218/.271/.382 in 29 games for the Dodgers this season. He started five games at second base, four games at shortstop, and twice at third base.
