The Los Angeles Dodgers family has been in mourning to start 2021 as there unfortunately have been multiple deaths.
The first was Sandi Scully, the wife of legendary broadcaster Vin Scully, who passed away early this month after a long battle with ALC. Then, the Dodgers lost their finest manager in franchise history after the great Tommy Lasorda died in his home due to heart issues just a few days later.
Things didn’t get any easier from there as the Dodgers’ all-time leader in wins, Don Sutton, just recently passed away at the age of 76. The calendar hasn’t even flipped to February yet and the losses keep coming with the recent announcement that broadcasting legend Larry King died on Saturday morning at the age of 87.
