Paulo Orlando was a late bloomer in the baseball world, making his major league debut with the Kansas City Royals in 2015 at the age of 29. He was a member of their World Series team and had a walk-off game slam in July of that year. He has been with the Royals since 2009, playing in the majors for a bit of each of the last four seasons.
